What's the best diet for healthy weight-loss?

Apart of special diets like after colonoscopy (described in this article), or for bone healing after fracture (see more information here) and etc, we need to follow proper diet just to keep our body and mentality healthy. Indeed we come back to proper diet when find that we have extra weight when looking in a mirror.

Pick up any diet book and it will claim to hold all the answers to effectively losing all the weight you desire - and keeping it off. Some claim the secret is to eat less and exercise more, others that low fat is the only method to go, while others recommend cutting out carbs. So what should you think?

The fact exists is no "one size fits all" solution to irreversible healthy weight-loss. What works for one person may not work for you, given that our bodies react differently to different foods, depending on genetics and other health factors. To find the approach of weight-loss that's right for you will likely require time and need patience, commitment, and some experimentation with various foods and diets.

While some people respond well to counting calories or similar restrictive methods, others respond much better to having more liberty in preparing their weight-loss programs. Being complimentary to merely avoid fried foods or cut down on refined carbohydrates can set them up for success. So, don't get too prevented if a diet that worked for someone else doesn't work for you. And do not beat yourself up if a diet shows too restrictive for you to stick to. Ultimately, a diet is only right for you if it's one you can stick with over time.
